 Client Policy


Clients:

 Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so that we can start your massage right on time and give you the full-time we have scheduled for you. New Clients this will also allow you to fill out client intake forms. 

Draping:
You will undress to your level of comfort. You will be covered securely the whole time, and I will uncover only the part being worked as it is being worked.

Tipping:

Tipping is optional but always appreciated. If you choose to tip 15 - 20% gratuity of the full undiscounted cost of the service is the industry standard. Cash is appreciated, and I can always run a tip on your credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's OK. There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

 Arriving Late:

Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for any appointment in order to get the full time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.

This time is scheduled just for you and only you which is why I require a credit card on file or prepayment to reserve and guarantee your appointment. However, it WILL NOT be charged unless you do not adhere to the Cancellation/No- Show policy.

  If you do not wish to save a credit card number on file, no problem! You can prepay your service online when booking your  appointment. Cancellation/No-Show policy will still apply.

 Inclement Weather:

In the event of snow or other bad weather, a one hour notice is required in order to cancel your appointment without penalty, In the event that Jefferson County Schools are closed, my office will be closed. 

Sick Policy: 

In the event that you are sick, please contact me immediately. It is likely I will make an exception to my cancellation policy if you notify me as soon as you start to feel sick (i.e.- the night prior to your appointment or first thing in the morning). 

Tabitha at Willow Moon Massage Therapy has the right to refuse service to you if you enter the facility sick and the cancellation fee will apply.

Notification that is given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.

Failure to arrive for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
